Before your feet hit the floor, glance at your wrist. RelaxWatch shows how well your body recovered overnight โ so you know whether to push hard today or take it easier.

Back-to-back meetings. Tight deadlines. Life doesn't slow down, but your body keeps score. A gentle tap on your wrist reminds you when it's time to pause and breathe.

Before bed, see when stress peaked, when your body found calm, and how today fits into the bigger picture. Night after night, a journal of your health โ written by your own body.

Three moments. One companion. Always on your wrist.
RelaxWatch goes beyond simple readings. It continuously tracks your stress, sleep, and recovery โ and helps you understand why you feel the way you do.
RelaxWatch reads HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and heart rate data from your Apple Watch sensors in the background โ no manual measurement needed. It calculates a stress score and categorizes your current state into three levels: Relaxed, Balanced, or Overloaded. The score updates automatically throughout the day. When stress remains in the "Overloaded" zone, the app sends a push notification suggesting actions like deep breathing or taking a break.

Yes. RelaxWatch offers multiple watch face complications that display your current stress level, recovery score, or daily stress trend directly on your watch face. You can see your status at a glance every time you raise your wrist โ without opening the app. Complications are available in circular, rectangular, and corner styles to fit most Apple Watch face layouts.

RelaxWatch monitors your heart rate and HRV throughout the night while you sleep. In the morning, it provides a sleep quality breakdown that includes total sleep duration, sleep stages, resting heart rate during sleep, and overnight HRV trends. This helps you understand not just how long you slept, but how restorative your sleep actually was โ and what factors (like late caffeine or screen time) may have affected it.

Yes. RelaxWatch generates daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly trend reports that map your stress levels, sleep quality, recovery scores, and activity over time. The longer you use it, the clearer your patterns become โ like which days of the week tend to be most stressful, or how your sleep quality has changed over the past month. These reports are available with the Premium subscription.

The real value isn't in one reading. It's in the journey of understanding your body, one day at a time.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures the variation in time between each heartbeat. It reflects how well your autonomic nervous system is adapting to the world around you. Higher HRV generally means your body is recovered and resilient. Lower HRV suggests your body is under pressure and needs rest.
RelaxWatch uses HRV data combined with heart rate readings from your Apple Watch sensors to calculate a continuous stress score. The score is categorized into three levels โ Relaxed, Balanced, or Overloaded โ and is displayed on your watch face and in the iPhone app. By default, Apple Watch measures HRV every 2โ5 hours. With Premium, RelaxWatch enables background monitoring that updates every 15 minutes.
Stress, sleep, recovery, and activity aren't just data points โ they're the four pillars that shape how you feel every day.
Your nervous system reacts to pressure long before you notice it. Tracking stress in real time helps you catch it early โ and respond before it builds up.
Your body repairs muscles, consolidates memory, and rebalances hormones while you sleep. Understanding sleep quality โ not just duration โ is key to feeling better.
How well you bounced back from yesterday determines what you can handle today. Your recovery score tells you whether to push forward or slow down.
Exercise is essential, but so is rest. Tracking how your body responds to activity helps you find the sweet spot โ enough to grow stronger, not so much that you burn out.

RelaxWatch connects these four pillars into one clear picture โ so you don't just see numbers, you understand what your body needs.
RelaxWatch is designed for anyone who wears an Apple Watch and wants to understand how stress, sleep, and recovery affect their daily life.
If you work long hours, sit through back-to-back meetings, or deal with tight deadlines, RelaxWatch helps you catch stress buildup before it leads to burnout. The smart alerts remind you to pause and breathe.
Exam pressure, sleep deprivation, and irregular schedules take a toll. RelaxWatch helps students see how their body responds to academic stress and develop healthier routines.
