What is HRV and how does RelaxWatch use it?

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures the variation in time between each heartbeat. It reflects how well your autonomic nervous system is adapting to the world around you. Higher HRV generally means your body is recovered and resilient. Lower HRV suggests your body is under pressure and needs rest.

RelaxWatch uses HRV data combined with heart rate readings from your Apple Watch sensors to calculate a continuous stress score.
